joinery subcontractors across the UK to offer an Installation Partners
scheme for doorsets. Each Installation Partner recommended by Leaderflush
Shapland is fully conversant in the latest installation techniques
and is assessed on a regular basis to ensure a continued chain of
quality from manufacture to installation.

Product development and testing
Continuing product development and an exhaustive performance testing programme enable us to offer wide scope for certification and assessment of flush and panelled doorsets. In addition to regular performance testing by UKAS accredited independent bodies our in-house test facility allows continuous product development and quality assurance checks. Our test facilities include a furnace for full size doorsets, a cyclic testing rig, as well as equipment for assessing mechanical properties and security performance.
