facility are available whenever you need them. You'll find that
our project management service gives you a useful point of
contact at all stages. As members of the RIBA CPD Providers'
Network we can offer Specifiers an independently assessed CPD
seminar service with Attendance Certificates. We even operate an
Approved Installers' Scheme, which includes training workshops,
to make sure there is an absolutely unbroken chain of quality
from manufacture right through to installation.
And with dedicated regional Business Divisional Units serving
the whole country, you can rest assured that you can reach
specialised expertise at your convenience.
Quality systems
At Leaderflush Shapland we take quality assurance seriously
and our operations comply with BS EN ISO 9001:2008, which covers
quality management systems in design, development and
production.

Product development and testing
Continuing product development and an exhaustive performance
testing programme enable us to offer wide scope for
certification and assessment of flush and panelled doorsets. In
addition to regular performance testing by UKAS accredited
independent bodies our in-house test facility allows continuous
product development and quality assurance checks. Our test
facilities include a furnace for full size doorsets, a cyclic
testing rig, as well as equipment for assessing mechanical
properties and security performance.
