Flush fitting and projecting ironmongery
Leaderflush Shapland can provide a total architectural
hardware solution completing a full doorset offer.
Hinges
All Plasform doorsets are supplied factory hung, generally on
lift-off hinges. Plasform WR is supplied with 316 grade stainless
steel butt hinges to suit wet areas.
Hinges are supplied bright zinc plate (BZP) as standard.
Stainless steel, brass and colour coated to match are also
available.
Plates
Protection plates may be surface mounted or recessed flush
and will be held back from the radiused leaf edge. Where
plates are recessed, these will incorporate radiused corners.
Recessed plates are not recommended on Plasform WR
doors.
Locks/latches/flushbolts
Flush fitting ironmongery can be installed into the Plasform
Range with a selection available in our Fitted Locks and
Flushbolt literature. Alternatively, doorsets can be prepared
for specified ironmongery to be fitted on-site by the installer
(except hinges), provided that all recessed ironmongery is
rounded at all corners to avoid stress cracking of the door
facings.
| Ironmongery sets
Ironmongery sets can be provided for a variety of applications
and include both projecting and non-projecting hardware.
Non-flush items are supplied loose, complete with fixings for
site installation. |
