Plasform® Unique offers three door
facing materials to provide a wide choice of visual and
performance characteristics
Hygieniform PVC
Leaderflush Shapland have
introduced an innovative and exclusive new facing option to the
Plasform® Range. Hygieniform incorporates the
Hygienilac® antibacterial additive within the matrix of the
PVC providing protection through the complete 2mm thickness.
Hygieniform protects against harmful bacteria such as C.diff,
E.coli, Salmonella and MRSA, as well as being suitable for
'Severe Duty' applications. Alternatively other high impact PVCs
can be specified for the Plasform® Unique range.
Decorative laminates
High Pressure
Laminates - these are coloured laminates with a nominal
thickness of 1mm. These provide a hardwearing, low-maintenance
facing. Within Plasform® Unique, any colour or pattern
currently available from laminate manufacturers in postform
grade can be accommodated.

Cleanglaze® facings
A clear facing
material with a nominal thickness of 1.5mm which is
back-printed to give any solid colour or specific graphic
design. Here, the complete door face is covered with a single
material - encapsulating colour, graphics and seamless,
joint-free vision panels with few limitations. This completely
smooth face makes cleaning easy and with no ledges or grooves
in which dust or grime can accumulate, Cleanglaze® is a
hygienic option. |
