Glazing beads & systems.

Bolection, flush and steel trim beads are offered as standard as well as Flushglaze and Duoglaze systems for hygienic environments. These are used with various alternative details to suit specific fire ratings, apeture shapes and sizes.

Beaded glazing systems

These are suitable for most arpeture shapes. Timber beads are available polished, left clean or painted to match the door face. They are fixed with steels pins or cups and screws.

Beads are available as either bolection beads (not suitable for use with Pivette doorsets) or flush (corners of vision panels glazed with flush timber beads are radiused to avoid stress cracking).

Steel trim bead.

Using a stainless steel or powder coated steel trim to match or contrast with the door face. Apertures can be circular, rectangular or square. Steel trims can be powder coated, coloured to match door furniture, plates or other accessories are screw fixed.

Duoglaze.

PVC or laminate facings with chamfered edges over glass outer panes for a minimal ledge. Most aperture shapes can be accommodated, including larger sizes and a central glass pane is incorporated when fire rated.

Flushglaze.

Rebated acrylic outer glazing panels to accept PVC or laminate facings with a completely flush joint. Most aperture shapes can be accommodated and a central glass pane is incorporated when fire rated.
